I often complain, like the majority of folks, about there not being enough time in the day.  Well, I will be the first to admit I am not the best organizer of time as I get easily distracted!  Especially by the computer. . .ugh!  It is really an addiction.  But I also realize for every one thing that I didn’t get accomplished, I did accomplish two or three other things!  Unfortunately as a mom, I just tend to put everybody else’s needs before mine and then I end up feeling cheated.  Take a look at my typical week:


From the contract job I’ve been working, kids appointments, household stuff, etc.  The time just flies by!  But this week I’m committed to getting to bed earlier and getting up earlier in the morning to carve out some time for myself because there is no way I can keep up my current pace if I don’t start getting more sleep and exercise.  They say it takes 21 days to form a habit, so I’m on a 21 day mission to form better habits that involve prioritizing time for myself on the long list of things I have to do each day!
