The chains of habit are generally too small to be felt until they are too strong to be broken.

~Samuel Johnson

I am a busybody.  And probably possess entirely too much ambition.  I’m constantly finding ways to occupy myself and do things I feel passionate about, which all sounds great in theory but it’s making my life CRAZY! I think I’m doing too much. . .or perhaps being so unorganized is making me feel overwhelmed.

I’ve formed some really bad work habits that I’ve been trying desperately to break.  I’ve started with using Evernote exclusively. It is my FAVORITE tool for organizing my notes and thoughts and I can’t imagine my life without it.  It is amazing!  Next, I just started faithfully using Mail on my Macbook, which allows me to manage all three of my emails from ONE place!  How crazy is it that I was logging in and out of AOL and Gmail everyday! ::pretends to strangle self::   Finally and this is a HUGE thing that I know whil change my life:  I have got to start using Hootsuite.  I have an account and it’s all set up but for so long it just seemed like too much work but I can’t keep that pace I’m keeping without something falling by the wayside.  I feel I’ve gained a lot of momentum with blogging and on twitter and I don’t want to lose it. So, I plan on becoming buddy’s with the little owl.

I’m putting the finishing touches on my stationery shop and hope to do an official launch for my entire TM Creative Design site next month and after that, this blog will undergo a major overhaul.  I want to prepare to take it to the next level.  I still plan on having my parenting posts and videos but there will be more inspirational, information and photographic posts.  There will be different categories and improved content.  I want to make each visit to Phenomenal Mama an experience!

I sincerely appreciate every follow, like and return visitor!  I am so excited to have all of you along on my blogging journey!Thank you so much!!

  1. Yay! I’m excited for your success. I, too, use all those things with the exception of Mail, as I don’t have a Mac. My Kindle Fire HD has something similar, though, and I finally put it into effect. Evernote is a lifesaver, huh? I really like it!

    1. Thanks! Yes, Evernote is definitely a lifesaver, I just love how it sync to all you devices. I used it on my Mac, iPhone and my Kindle Fire!

  2. I know what you mean about keeping busy. Somtimes I wonder if I am doing things that I want to do, or just doing things that I feel like I need to do. I am so out of touch, I haven’t used Evernote though I did just click over to it so I can take a look around.
